Mediation Division
Lake County currently offers mediation services for Child Custody matters. Mediation is a type of dispute resolution that is an alternative to litigation. Mediation is provided free of charge and is an opportunity to resolve issues without a court hearing.

Notice - Mediation Orientation Classes are temporarily suspended until further notice.
Child Custody Mediation Parent Orientation Class is held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 12:00 p.m. in the Lakeport Courthouse. Contact the Lake County Superior Court with questions.
